About EnCare MD in Dallas, TX

EnCare MD was built for the moments when patients need a clear next step, whether that means care for a common illness, a more focused evaluation of pain, an outpatient infusion, or short-term support during recovery.

At our Dallas practice near Oak Cliff and the Bishop Arts District, everyday medical care and specialty services are available in one setting. The model is intentionally flexible: some concerns can be handled in a straightforward office visit, while others call for deeper evaluation, specialized treatment, or coordination with another clinician.

Rather than force every concern into the same pathway, EnCare MD helps patients move toward the type of care that fits the situation in front of them.

Care Built Around the Situation in Front of You

Healthcare does not always fit neatly into one category. A patient may need treatment for a respiratory illness today, a pain consultation later, or focused support after a procedure. Those needs are different, but they share the same basic question: what is the right next step?

EnCare MD brings together four complementary areas of care:

get-treated-today-200

Urgent Care for common illnesses, minor injuries, testing, physicals, and other office-based medical needs

manage-pain

Interventional Pain Management for focused evaluation of spine, joint, nerve, musculoskeletal, and other pain concerns

How Dr. Nwazota Approaches Pain Care

Pain can be complicated. Two people with pain in the same area may have very different reasons for hurting, and a procedure is not automatically the right answer.

A pain evaluation looks at the history, symptoms, examination findings, available imaging, previous treatment, and the way pain is affecting daily life. From there, the plan can include an interventional procedure, medication strategy, infusion therapy, additional testing, coordination with another clinician, or a more conservative approach.
The treatment follows the clinical picture, not the other way around.

Everyday Medical Care From the EnCare Clinical Team

Not every visit requires specialty care. The EnCare Clinical Team provides Urgent Care for common illnesses, minor injuries, wounds, urinary concerns, respiratory symptoms, rashes, and other routine medical needs. On-site testing, physicals, Pap smears, and selected office procedures are also available.

This part of the practice gives patients a practical option when something comes up, while the broader EnCare MD model creates a clear path when a problem needs more specialized attention.

What Patients Can Expect

Patients should understand what is being considered, why it matters, and what comes next. That means listening first, reviewing the information relevant to the visit, and being straightforward about what can be handled at EnCare MD and when another clinician or care setting is the better fit.

For specialty consultations, that can include reviewing prior imaging, treatment history, medications, or records from another healthcare professional so that decisions are made with the right context.
